Over the past year I have become intolerant to dairy. It took me a little while to figure it out because it caused me symptoms that were similar to eating gluten. I am very careful about what eating gluten free. Some products say gluten free and dairy free on them, but they still make me feel sick. If you are very sensitive you will likely have the same problem.
Here is a list of the dairy free products that I have tried so far and can tolerate with no problem.
