Gluten Free Dairy Free Breakfast Sandwich

Today I am going to show you how to make a gluten free dairy free breakfast sandwich.
When breakfast starts after 10:00 a.m. you need to make it worthy of breakfast and lunch, so we are going to make a gluten free dairy free breakfast sandwich.
We are going to make a breakfast sandwich that includes both breakfast and lunch items.
They will be gluten free and dairy free of course.
Here are the ingredients you will need in order to make your breakfast sandwich. Eggs, ham, cheese, gluten free rolls, salt, pepper, and some oil for the pan. You could also use prosciutto, sausage or even taylor ham (some of you know this as pork roll) instead of regular ham.
First, you want to get out an 8 or 9 inch frying pan. Put the pan on medium high heat and fry your eggs.
I like mine to have a yolk that will run because I like to dip my sandwich into it. You can cook the yolk hard if you like.
Now add your choice of meat on top of the egg. gluten free ham or other meat choice. Top it off with your choice of a gluten free, dairy free cheese.
I use daiya cheese because it has a nice flavor and it melts well.
Cover your pan because this will help to melt your cheese.
BUILD YOUR BREAKFAST SANDWICH
You will need to toast your rolls or bread since gluten free bread has a different consistency. Put everything together to build your breakfast sandwich. Sometimes I put butter on my roll first as it gives a little extra flavor. Next add your egg with the meat and cheese. Season your breakfast sandwich to your taste with salt and pepper. My son and I like ketchup with our breakfast sandwich also.
